SFI IPM2 - Flower-Rich Margins
Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) IPM2, Flower-Rich Margins, requires a well-established grass margin with flowering plants through the summer and early-autumn months. IPM2 is a rotational action, and can therefore be carried out on the same area of land each year, or can be moved around the farm. The seed mix must a minimum of 4 grass species that make up no more than 90% of the total, and a minimum of 10 wildflower species with no individual flower species exceeding 25% of the total wildflower component.
