E-COMMERCE MANAGER
Full-time, permanent, 37.5 hours per week.
Office based in Kirton, Lincolnshire. Flexible/hybrid working considered.
£35,000 - £60,000 per annum + bonus + benefits.
25 days holiday, rising to 30 days after five years’ service + bank holidays.
Boston Seeds Ltd is a dynamic and fast-growing company; the UK's largest online supplier of grass seed, wildflower seed and agricultural seed. Our suite of five websites serve domestic consumers, professional users and increasingly, business-to-business customers.
Founded in 2002, our online business has grown to annual sales of over £6m, delivering c.100,000 orders per annum from our own 25,000sqft distribution centre. Our continued growth plans circle around constant iteration and improvement of our websites, full website renewals and more expansive digital marketing - supported by continuous improvement and automation of our internal fulfilment systems.

To meet our strategic objectives and continue along our historical growth trajectory, we seek to appoint a dynamic and talented Ecommerce Manager to drive growth and lead our digital vision.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will be an experienced e-commerce and marketing professional.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement holistic digital marketing strategies
- Manage website improvements and renewals
- Create and execute email marketing campaigns
- Manage company social media accounts
- Manage work of external marketing agencies including SEO and PPC
Requirements:
- Sophisticated, holisitic understanding of ecommerce and digital marketing
- Ability and experience to manage SEO, PPC, email marketing and social media
- Design skills and experience with Adobe (or similar) creative software
- Advanced user of Mailchimp (or similar) email marketing software
- Breadth of social media experience, particularly across Facebook and Instagram
- Experience managing web development and UX improvements
