AWH1 - Spring Sown Bumble Bird Mixture (CSS7/S)
Use this mixture for AHW1 (2024) Sustainable Farming Incentive (Bumblebird Mix), to provide a mix of seed-bearing crops to produce small seeds for farmland birds from late autumn until late winter. The inclusion of flowering crops will also produce areas of pollen and nectar during the growing season for beneficial insects and pollinators.
- Provides food resources and habitat for farmland birds and nectar-feeding insects, such as bumble bees, solitary bees and butterflies
